Refund and Cancellation Policy


We strive for complete customer satisfaction and provide refunds for valid cases, except for shipping charges. Please read each deal’s fine print before purchasing to understand the specifics of the product or service.

Cancellation Policy:

- To cancel an order, reach out via the "Contact Us" link, WhatsApp support, or email.

- Cancellation requests made later than two business days before the end of the current service period will apply to the next service period.

Refund Policy:

Effective from June 1, 2024

-DOA (Death On Arrival):

Standard Delivery (without thermocol box):50% of the product price is refunded. No shipping or packing charge refund.

Tetra Fish Varieties: No refund for Neon Tetra, Cardinal Tetra, and similar varieties.

  Exotic Varieties (Discus, Arowana, Shrimps, etc.): 40% refund if shipped without thermocol packaging.

  -Thermocol Box Shipping: 100% refund for DOA on all standard varieties; 80% refund for exotic varieties.

Proof Requirement: Submit a photo or video of the package within one hour of arrival; failure to do so will void the refund eligibility.


- Transaction Cancellations :A 2% processing fee applies for transaction cancellations and refunds.


Resending Options: We prioritize refunds. Alternatively, we may resend DOA or incorrect items, with the customer covering shipping costs unless the error is ours.

 **Non-Collection and Home Delivery Issues:

- Orders cannot be canceled or refunded if the parcel is not collected from the courier or is refused after courier agent contact.

- In areas where home delivery is unavailable, prompt collection from the courier location is required. Any delay that results in fish death will void the refund.

- If an order is returned due to incorrect address details, no refund or replacement will be issued.

Damages and Issues:

Inspect your order upon receipt. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, contact us immediately for evaluation and corrective action.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

Non-returnable items include perishable goods (fish, food, plants), custom orders, and hazardous materials. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Refund Process:

We will notify you after inspecting your return regarding refund approval. Refunds are processed to the original payment method; bank processing times may vary.

Cancellation Fee:

A 2% cancellation fee applies to minimum orders, including transport, for unshipped orders.

Additional Notes:

If satisfied, refunds are issued to the original card/bank account used at purchase. For payment gateway transactions, the refund will go to the same account.
